Companies are the issuers of posted jobs and are solely responsible to you for the jobs listed. Hireik shall not be liable for any claim arising out of or relating to the Jobs, including but not limited to, any claims for false advertising, product defects, personal injury, death or property damages.

All of our registered users information’s are secure to us. We are committed to take caring of information and we are promised to our customers and users that we are never going to share their information with anyone. Your privacy is very important to us.

User’s eligibility

Hireik is exclusively reserved for persons who qualify as professionals within the meaning of the preliminary Article of the Consumer Code, i.e. any natural or legal person, public or private, who is acting for purposes within the scope of his or her commercial activity, including when acting in the name or on behalf of another professional. Therefore, you acknowledge that you qualify as a professional within the meaning of the said Article. You acknowledge that, as a professional, you do not benefit from the protections granted to the consumer by the Consumer Code, including a right of withdrawal. You also represent and warrant that you are legally authorized in your jurisdiction to post Jobs and to interact with Job postings in any way. Finally, you represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and release Hireik from any liability in this regard.

Causes of Termination

If Hireik, in its sole discretion and without notice, considers that there is an immediate security or operational risk to the Service, any of its, your or a third party system, then Hireik may immediately suspend access to or use of the Service. The suspension of use and access is not a breach of the Terms. You, the client, acknowledge that the preservation of security, confidentiality and data is paramount. hireik has no liability to you for suspending the Service under this provision.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use, including, without limitation, the incorporated Privacy Policy and other terms incorporated by reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Hireik with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.

Terms Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
